![]() I am holding off on the review until a bit closer to the January release date, but just know that this is as precious and as wonderful as all Emma Mills’ books and it features references to her previous books + a friend group that runs a 90s music radio show for a school project. ![]() Emma Mills is one of my absolute favorite writers, and I am so glad I got to read this so early. I was so lucky to get to read Lucky Caller early. ![]() I have a full review up, and you can find more of my thoughts on the book HERE. On top of that, it was tropey in the best way, and I really enjoyed it so much and had such a wonderful reading experience with it. But it was such a wonderful read, with a really great setting, that reminded me a lot of Middle Grade Fantasy books I used to love. This was a wonderful surprise for me, just because I got this in an Owlcrate and had no idea what to expect from it. Welcome to another reading wrap up! August was actually a great reading month – I feel like I read a lot (for me) and I enjoyed everything I read (for the most part)! So I am super excited to talk about books I read. ![]()
